I feel it's safe to say that most of us down here spend way too much time thinking, judging, analyzing & staying IN OUR MINDS, and not enough time BEING!
If you find you have a lot of mental chatter, I recommend finding a place in nature today- Become present in this place by bringing attention to your physical body and to your surroundings. If your mind begins to wander back to your thoughts about, say, your work, what to make for dinner, gossip you overheard at work, etc, remind yourself that the present moment is precious and contains within it everything you need! The Universe is always giving us what we need in every moment... The real question is, Are we IN that MOMENT? Or are we trapped in our minds, that quite often limit us? Those never-ending thoughts divert you from *being* in this beautiful moment that's unlike any other! Bring your attention back to the present moment. Focus on your breathing for a while, then look around at the perfection around you! Do this everyday for at least 20 minutes, especially if you're the type of person to have lot of mental activity going on, and I guarantee you will feel more peace, love and clarity in your life!
